Welcome to my web site. I am a psychologist from Toronto, Ontario. This site is dedicated to providing information about adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). For more than five years I have been doing clinical research into the relation between ADHD and severe obesity. A large part of my clinical practice is dedicated to the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD as well as the treatment of disordered eating. Mostly what I have here is articles I have written on various issues related to understanding and living with ADHD.
